From a 7mm creamy white pearl at the top, a teardrop of white gold dangles. Around the teardrop are 22 pave-set white diamonds. In the center of the teardrop is an articulated bar of gold that holds a single diamond. Vintage 14k white gold pearl and diamond drop pierced earrings. The stud earrings have butterfly backs. Total diamond weight is .50ct, maybe a few points higher. Total drop length is 1.5" Total weight is 5.5 grams. Marked 14K on the back of the teardrop, at the bottom. Included is a dark red leatherette earring case in a white presentation box. The interior lid says "Jeweler's Loupe, Dover, DE" but I did not buy the earrings there. It's just a nice box from a pair of sapphire earrings I had purchased. I bought these earrings over 35 years ago from an estate sale that had a lot of high-end jewelry. I never wore them. I bought them because I loved them and could imagine some movie star wearing them on Oscar night. :) Now it's time for them to be loved and worn by someone new.
