"This below-the-knee dress has a blouson style bodice that is constructed in three panels with buttons and top-stitching detail. The dress is fitted at the waist and the skirt is pleated with more top-stitching on the center front panel. The sleeves are gathered at the shoulder, have heads inserted to enhance the fullness, and gather into a fitted cuff which has three buttons. The dress zips up the back. A half-belt is attached at the sideseams and buttons at the back. A white collar and contrasting bow finish off the neckline."  Size 12-14-16 Chest 30-31 1/2-33", Waist 25-26-27", Hips 32-34-36" Back waist length 12 1/2-13 1/4-14" Approx.
