Building remains secured in its original molded Styrofoam packaging and appears unused. Includes original box, packing materials and instruction sheet. Features a detailed ski school, equipment rentals and repairs storefront, colorful ski and snowboard accessories, interior scene and lighted design. Approximate size is 8.5" high, 7.7" wide and 4.7" deep. Outer box shows light storage and shelf wear. Item has not been removed from the Styrofoam or tested in order to preserve its new-old-stock condition.
