Lemax Spooky Town Skull Toss Carnival Booth Rare Retired - 03822 - Mint in box.  Introduced in 2010.  Purchased new - original owner.  Collector for over 20 years.  This accessory piece was only displayed one time.  I rotate my village themes.  It is in mint condition, no chips or cracks.  In my opinion, older Lemax pieces were painted much better.  Item has been stored in climate controlled closet, smoke and pet free home.  Downsizing villages due to age.  Selling off all my carnival themed buildings and accessories.  Comes in original box, in excellent condition, also like new.  There is one small tear in lower right corner (see zoom photo).   I will pack very carefully and bubble wrap each flag.  Ships contigious US only.   Condition: New other (see details).
