P ull-on style with full elastic waist, adjustable drawstring and banded hem.  All over print features character artwork and wording featuring Pluto, Meeko, Percy and more.   The fabric tag has been snipped but I believe these are 80% organic cotton and 20% recycled polyester.  These are premium heavy-duty, relaxed fit "sweats".   Size Large (12/14).  The unstretched waist measures 17" (and stretches comfortably up to 20 1/2").
