Manufactured by the famous Ronson Art Metal Works in Newark, New Jersey, this sleek chrome unit represents the height of streamlined 1930s and 1940s industrial design. Cosmetic & Mechanical Condition Details: Interior: The cigarette holding compartment is remarkably pristine. It looks almost entirely unused—highly clean metal surfaces with no heavy tobacco staining or residue. The internal spring-loaded retaining arm remains strong and fully functional.          Note:  I added the inside photo later and the color in the photo is way off.  The actual color is silver like the other photos. Exterior: The outer shell shows a natural patina from age, featuring scattered light surface scratches, faint scuff lines, and a light localized tarnish halo around the center shield. There are no heavy dents or structural fractures. The Engraving: The signature geometric Art Deco shield on the front panel features a vintage inscription that reads "RALPH" . Mechanism: The top lighting assembly acts smoothly when depressed, flipping the snuffer cap up and turning the file wheel properly.
