This vase is in very good condition for age. and it has a narrow middle that gradually forms a flared top.   Up for your consideration:  A depression era (circa 1920-1930) vase in uranium green glass  This vase is made of thicker glass which glows nicely under black light (see photos).  It is 8 inches high and weighs 1 pound 10 ounces. The style has gentle ribbing on the interior and a scalloped top edge, and it has a narrow middle that gradually forms a flared top. It somewhat resembles the shape of a sheaf of wheat,  making it an attractive display piece  and a useful shape for a bouquet.     Measurements: The vase is 8 inches high and 5 and 1/2 inches in diameter at the top scalloped edge,  4 and 1/2 inches in diameter across the base.  Condition: This vase is in very good condition for age. Please note a small depressed mark on the top edge  that looks like an air bubble that broke to the surface.  There are some internal scratches at the neck on the inside,  possibly from use of metal-stemmed artificial  flowers.  Displays well and is a nice size for a medium bouquet.
