The plastic has separated along the lines, one on each wing, for the length of the die-cuts. This listing is for one (1) doll depicting Lily James in the movie Cinderella. One spot on each side panel the clear plastic has been bent outwards. But those are not visible when the figure is viewed from the front; feeling around the panels does indicate the bends. There is one spot on the left side panel where the plastic has broken and a piece is gone, along with an extension of a crack in the plastic. See the 7th and 8th photos. When viewing the front of the box up close and moving your fingers around the surface of the gold outline of the butterfly you will notice the intentional manufacturing die-cut in the plastic around the outline. Please see the 9th through 13th photos. The plastic has separated along the lines, one on each wing, for the length of the die-cuts. I am not a follower of these dolls, having been given this to me from my daughter. In looking at videos on the internet, it appears the die-cut was intended to have this separation. One can even use this access to put a finger into the inside of the box for adjusting the dress (saw this on one video). Others who are more knowledgeable about this factor can take that into account if they are interested in this listing. But due to my unfamiliarity, I am showing photos of the die-cut area.
