Vintage Kreiss Ceramic Anthropomorphic Yellow Duck Chick Salt & Pepper Shakers. This is a mid-century ceramic novelty design - yellow duckling/chick figure wearing a sailor hat and striped shirt. The chicks measure 3" tall, 1 3/4" long and 1 3/4" wide. These cute little sailors both have stoppers and neither one has the feather in their cap (the hole in the side of their cap holds the feather). The chick with 4 holes in his hat for the pepper to come out has a chip on his right upper arm (it looks like a "slice" right off the top) - see photos. Otherwise,, they are in very good vintage condition.
