This listing is for the Vintage Barbie #972 Wedding Day Set from 1959-1962. This special occasion set includes all the original pieces. It was Barbie’s first Wedding Set. Condition of the set is excellent with a couple of exceptions which are easily seen in the pictures. The dress has a couple of holes in the netting on the arms of the dress. This frequently happened with little girls pushing the doll arms through the delicate sleeves. Also the elastic in the blue garter has lost some of its elasticity over the years. It’s hard to believe these outfits still exist after 65 years. My sister and I are letting go of our collection after all these years. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions. Condition: Used.
