View Hopi Wicker Whirlwind Basket with current marketplace pricing, condition, product images and item details. This very tightly and finely woven whirlwind design wicker Hopi plaque basket from Second Mesa dates to c1989 when we purchased it at Hopi. It has an orange sun center and a bright turquoise, orange, yellow whirlwind and a black and white Hopi dance sash edge.  The multi-colored plaque is slightly faded on the front side but we have had it stored away. There is a small nail hole in the center from being hug on the wall at the shop my dad bought it from but does not take away from the weaving.
