I have shown the hem in the photos. This item is a 60's vintage dress for a little girl, sized 6 and made in the USA by Cinderella. It is permanent press fabric in a pretty fall plaid featuring turquoise and brown. The collar and the cuffs of the sleeves are beige.  It has a round collar, short sleeves, and a dropped waist. It buttons up the back. The skirt flares from the dropped waist and is full and twirly. This dress measures as follows: shoulders: 23" around chest: 27" around length: 22" I believe that this dress has been hemmed. I have shown the hem in the photos. It seems well done and is securely stitched. It has just one flaw: some small spots of  white paint on the skirt toward the front side. I have not treated these spots as they seem to blend well into the skirt and I did not want to damage the fabric. A cute  and comfortable dress for fall.  Condition: Pre-owned - Good.
