This VERY FANCY and ORNATE SET is gorgeous- Teacup Is Standing On 3 Curved Feet, And Saucer Has Embossed And Curved/Curling Rim. Cup and saucer have a hand painted pattern of curling GOLD grape leaves and grape vines.   Lovely Vintage MADE IN JAPAN Porcelain Teacup and Saucer Set This VERY FANCY and ORNATE SET is gorgeous- Teacup Is Standing On 3 Curved Feet, And Saucer Has Embossed And Curved/Curling Rim Paint Color is incredible- an electric Cobalt Blue with Opalescent White inner cup and inner circle of saucer. Cup and saucer have a hand painted pattern of curling GOLD grape leaves and grape vines. Both cup and saucer have gold rims and cup has gold on handle. Cup is slightly fluted in its body shape towards the bottom, and saucer has embossed design around rim of flourishes and swirls. Both marked MADE IN JAPAN in gold paint on bottom.      Cup Size Approx. 1.75"Tall x 3.25"Across, Saucer 5.5"Across  Excellent Condition  No nicks, chips, cracks, scratches, repairs, or damage. No crazing to glaze and colors vibrant and shiny. Bottom of the 3 cup feet have paint worn away from sitting in saucer, this is not visible unless tipping cup over, and could be from time of manufacture- not damage. Lusterware is shimmery and lovely. This is a stunning set, very elegant and over the top.
