Fold-Over Flap: Each tag has a horizontal perforation right below the graphic. Fold the blank white base backward along the line to write a "To/From" note, tuck it under a package ribbon, or rest it on a gift box. Strings & Condition: Some tags keep their original strings, but all but two Santa tags have a tear at the top punched hole and won't hold a string.
