I am not sure if its enamel, paint, or how it was applied. I can say with certainty that it is NOT at all sterling silver as both chain and heart stick readily to a rare earth magnet. I cant find any markings, hallmarks, or signatures on either. Its 19 inches long, weighs about 4.3 grams...lobster clasp works well. My only concern is the chain which seems fragile, destined to break.  Decorative props are for size comparison and stylistic use only; no returns, please. The shipping time varies for international buyers; for American buyers I should have it in the mail pretty much the day after I get paid, given I can get to the post office which is not always the case as a medical condition can at times prevent me from driving. Then its all up to how fast the post office goes; but you will have tracking numbers to see where it is.
