Up for your purchasing pleasure is this stunning sterling silver cuff bracelet It comes from Taxco, Mexico oft called the silver capital of the world for the beauty of the silver that comes from there, and is stamped TC-228 and 925 Mexico. Mexico adopted this hallmark style in the  late 1970s, where the first letter stands for the city in which the artist lived, the second the first letter of the craftmans last name. The number represents the order of registry. Unfortunately, Mexico did not keep records here so its hard to know who the artist is who created this piece. T stands for Taxco. 228 is a  relatively low number given the people who have registered as silversmiths since the 1970s whose last name begins with "C", so this piece may be on the older side (or by an older artisan). More information on Mexican hallmarks is at the wonderful site 925-1000 dot com.  This bracelet weighs about 25.5 grams and is in good used condition, aside from being a bit bent out of proper shape. The space between the gap is about an inch with limited flexibility, but I could get it on my own wrist without issue. There are no returns here; coin, ruler, and decorative bows are for size comparison and stylistic use only. The shipping time varies for international buyers; for American buyers I should have it in the mail a few days or so after I get paid; I take items to the post office and cant always drive due to a chronic condition.
