Material:  Flocking and glitter.  White boot is made of styrofoam. The other two boots are hard plastic. Condition: Vintage pre-owned ornament in very gently used condition. My photos show 4 sides. White boot has a circle on one side. Not sure why.  Some stains on the white.  There are some spots of missing flocking ON THE RED BOOTS.   From a smoke-free home. Very sweet despite the flaws.
