PROTECTIVE PACKAGING: Trading card singles and sets come protected in  sleeves and top-loaders, protective pages, or card boxes  for no extra charge! Comics come bagged and boarded as well as being Gemini mailer or box shipped!  Expensive and/or especially valuable comics may come in extra protective storage items such as comic top-loaders, mylar, etc. to ensure safety during shipping. In some cases these items may not be mentioned in the listing and may contribute to shipping weight. Please note that Wizard #1/2 issues (more often than not) come in UltraPro plastic sleeves, which are heavier than the usual polypropylene bags & boards. Original artwork is shipped flat , surrounded with  cardboard , marked with  "DO NOT BEND"  and covered with  plastic wrap or put in a large toploader, or plastic protector . Prints and posters generally ship rolled unless they are small. I take extra precautions with packaging of all of my items  to ensure they safely survive the trip to you, however, I am not responsible for grave mishandling on the part of the post office, so  if you are worried, please consider purchasing insurance .
