High waisted quilted skirt with a super fun psychedelic floral print in bright colors against a soft black background and 1 hidden side seam pocket. Has a thin fabric tie and zips up the front with a gorgeous ornate zipper pull. Tagged a vintage 12 which would be closer to a modern M but please check below for best fit.
