Gold glitter accents. 4 Vintage MCM 1950's Puffy Plastic 3-D  Flannel Christmas Stockings These are four (4) Vintage Mid Century Christmas Stocking.  Who loves Christmas and doesn't appreciate the vintage Christmas decorations from the 1950's!?  These 4 flannel stocking, 2 feature the puffy plastic 3-D decorations at the top featuring a little girl with pigtails and young boy dressed in their red pajamas excitedly looking at the presents by the Christmas tree from Santa!  One of these stockings has a white painted scroll on the red flannel that says Tyler and the other Betty.  They each have to small jingle bells.  The Tyler stocking has a small hole on the right side of the puffy plastic, the sewn ribbon to hang the stocking has one end that is detached, there is a 1/4" round stain  a few inches below the Tyler name on the red flannel, the white plastic on the top has some age discoloration pin dot size holes on the upper left corner from most likely being up with a thumb tack and light wear. The Betty stocking is in the same condition with wear to the upper white plastic and age discoloration, no holes and a 1/4" round stain on the lower front right side of the red flannel. and a lighter small square patch on the upper right corner from perhaps a sticker.  Both has age related wear to the white painted scrolls including crackling. The 3rd stocking in this collection is a white soft flannel with other colorful flannel cut out decorations featuring a clock that has Dec 24, the name SARA, holly leaves with gold glitter and a paper foil gold  and red s.  A few small brown stain spots on the bottom right side, the foil stars are crumbled, there is some missing glitter on the gold glitter on the bottom of the red flannel bow strings, on the right upper side the blue gray flannel has a separation on the lower right and a little fraying on the edges. Last is the red flannel stocking with the name Ross, hand cut out snowmen heads and a Santa head sticking his head out of the train engine.  Gold glitter accents.  Age related wear on this hand made stocking. None of the flaws I described can take away the charm of these fabulous 50's Christmas stocking!!! Enlarge photos to see details.
