This is a 1970s Fisher-Price #302 Dump Truck  from the  "Pre-Husky" Construction Series complete with Jumbo Peg figure . Produced only between 1970 and 1978 , these "300 Series" toys are the last of the all-plastic, solid-wheel designs before Fisher-Price transitioned to the Husky Helper line.  These toys are becoming increasingly difficult to find because they were originally marketed for rugged, all-weather sandbox play.
