The handpainting on these is simply exquisite, at the apex of artist-decorated bone china. Two concentric rings of textured gilt banding to all six plates, which measure just shy of 10" in diameter. Just a magnificent set of plates, and in very fine condition to boot, looking as if they were barely ever used, the bouquets still vibrant and unrubbed, the gilt gleaming.
