Three wise old owls, perched together on a single branch—watching, waiting, and covered in sparkle! This unsigned mid-century brooch features three owl figures with antiqued gold-tone detailing and a generous scattering of aurora borealis (AB) rhinestones across their bodies—the kind that throw little rainbow flashes when they catch the light. Each owl has its own personality and that classic “watching you” owl stare that’s made this motif a perennial costume jewelry favorite. The brooch closes with a vintage C-clasp pin back. There is no maker’s mark, but the construction and stone-setting style point to the 1950s–60s, an era when small jewelry houses (signed and unsigned alike) turned out exactly this kind of detailed figural work.
