It is solid glass with a red/pink a ruffled/swirled "Latticino". Vintage FRATELLI TOSO 4" Murano Glass Solid Art-Glass Display Paperweight Italy Beautiful and vibrantly colored solid Murano glass display/paperweight,  measuring just  under 4" tall by 2.75 " wide.  It is solid glass with a red/pink a ruffled/swirled "Latticino" and white/blue "Millefiori" flower-like pattern. It has just the remnant of the label on the bottom which is quite worn but it does show "Murano Glass - Made in Italy" on the label as shown. Online sources describe it as being made by "Fratelli Toso". Overall excellent and clean pre-owned condition the only issue noted being some  light  surface  scratches on the top as shown in the last 2 photos.
