The booklet covers the history of the city, its signature buildings (including the Sears Towers, the Miami Herald building and the former Miami News building, now known as the Freedom Tower), its sporting activities, and chapters on the Seminole Indians, Pan Am World Airways, the University of Miami, Henry Flagler, Carl Fisher, South Beach hotels, Coral Gables buildings, tourist attractions and homes of wealthy individuals. Inside the back cover is a two-page foldout map of Greater Miami, and the back cover is a beautiful color photo of Hialeah Race Course. This was the seventh edition of the booklet.
