Excellent, rare design BITOSSI ceramic bowl likely by Aldo Londi. This piece features an incised/carved bird motif filled with a colorful glaze in dark gray, teal, cobalt blue. It has a short pedestal and this gorgeous bowl displays well from every angle showcasing colorful birds all around. Total of six birds. It measures 5” tall, 7 3/4” diameter, 9.5” at its widest. Made in Italy. Likely imported to USA by Goodfriend Imports. This BITOSSI is in excellent preowned condition. One small white spot appears to be unpainted and not a chip. See last picture.
