They give a lovely, sustained ring when flicked. The color is an eye-catching, stunning green. There is wear to the gold trim on the rims of the glasses. This can best be seen in a closeup in the last photo. This pair of wine hocks are excellent quality lead crystal, likely made by a superior glass maker in Europe, probably in Germany, France or Czech. Each glass holds about four ounces, and measures approximately 7 1/2" tall, and 2 7/8" in diameter at the base. The wafer on the notched stem is alternately smooth and textured with a crisscrossed diamond pattern. They give a lovely, sustained ring when flicked. The color is an eye-catching, stunning green. The pair is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or damage. There is wear to the gold trim on the rims of the glasses. One has a surface scratch on the base of the foot measuring approximately 1/2 of an inch long. This can best be seen in a closeup in the last photo.
