Each one measures approximately 5.5" high (7" high, including the metal lantern handle), and about 2.75" wide and 2.75" deep. The thin brown rope-style hanging loop adds about a 3.25" drop. Each of the four sides features a carved out winter bird scene featuring cardinals perched amid pine boughs with pinecones, with a clear plastic and white glitter underlay, and two poinsettia cutouts on each of the top lantern overhangs, one larger one smaller (if you click on each photo and run your cursor over them, that enlarges the details). They are LED lighted and come complete with 3 "LR44" button cell batteries, so they will be fully functional when you receive them. The battery compartment and On/Off switch is on the underside of each lantern, and they glitter and glow with soft yellow lantern light when turned on, highlighting each side's rustic winter scene.
