Antique Chinese Woven Bamboo Round Banded Barrel Shape Basket with Lid,  I have seen them called wedding baskets, rice baskets and water baskets.  There are two painted figures on the band as well as flowers. The basket is stained with red pigment on the basket. There is a metal hinge and metal closure. 16" W x 11" H Thank you for viewing my items.
