Offered is a lovely & decorative iridescent multicolored, primarily blue, Carnival Glass dish with a radial diamond point pattern, and an elegant ruffled edge. Made by the Indiana Glass Company. USA, who no longer operate. The 10" dish is in its original, like-new condition with no chips, cracks, or blemishes. The dish sits about 1½" from its flat base. The bottom of the dish is ornately contoured in the diamond radial pattern, whilst the top is refectively, mirror-like smooth. Every angle has a different color of iridescence, which is the wondrous nature of Carnival Glass in light. This dish can be used as a display piece, to compliment a collection, or as a working item for fruit or candy. Food safe. Recommend hand-wash only.
