It is a large scroll which has been framed. Frame measures approximately 55 1/8" x 27". The condition is pre-owned. The scroll is very aged and has cracking staining. To me, this adds character and makes it even more beautiful. View the photos to judge for yourself. The frame does have wear as I've shown in the photos. This is a very heavy frame. Local pick up ONLY. I WILL NOT SHIP OR PACKAGE! I only accept CASH on pickup. You will have 7 days to pick up this item. After 7 days, I will begin to charge a storage fee of $10 a day for an additional 7 days. After 14 days, if this has not been picked up, I will cancel the sale and relist. Don't waste my time. Vintage items may have a slight 'old' or 'storage' odor that is easily removed with a wash.
