Handpainted in realistic tones .. the box exists but is in very bad condition .. the first Noel set by enesco was produced in 1989; tiawan.. the quality of coloring to reality is outstanding .. while the entire set consists of 13 pieces .. this set only has 12.. a small sheep has strayed :( Encased in form sized styrofoam , this set weighs almost 2.5#… The box is nasty but I include it in case you are good at repairs .. it helps to date the set also .. each small figurine retains fine detail work despite the “packaging”… set up .. in a manger .. add a bit of straw .. under the twinkle of holiday lights , this collection is a wonderful addition to the Christmas Decoration .. showcasing the true meaning of the holiday.
