Came from my parents' house; were a housewarming gift when they moved to Phoenix in 1983, so that's a rough idea of their age; seldom used, except for decoration; smoke-free home... so close to "as new." Quite heavy! Can be shipped via ground saver upon request. About us: We're just a couple nearing our 60's, with lots of stuff and now we are "downsizing" our lives because we will be moving to a much smaller place in a few years.
