For sale is my personal childhood collection of 31 authentic vintage 1980s NFL full-size (approximately 30") felt pennants – I am the original owner and these have been carefully stored since the 1980s. This is a complete snapshot of the NFL in the 1980s, featuring classic helmet designs from the pre-1990s era. The lot includes many hard-to-find pennants from defunct/relocated franchises and several Super Bowl commemoratives: Highlights include: • Baltimore Colts (pre-Indianapolis move) • St. Louis Cardinals (NFL football) • Houston Oilers • Los Angeles Raiders • Oakland Raiders Super Bowl XV Champions (1981) • San Francisco 49ers Super Bowl XVI Champions (1982) • Washington Redskins Super Bowl XVII Champions (1983) • Super Bowl XIX event pennant (Stanford Stadium, 1985) • Complete teams from the 1980s NFC / AFC Condition: Very Good overall for 40+ year-old display pieces. Colors are still bright and vibrant on most, with some light fading on a few (see photos for close-ups). Several have small tack/pin holes from being hung on my bedroom wall as a kid – completely normal for used vintage pennants and they display beautifully (holes are minor and often hidden when framed or re-hung). Shipping & Handling All pennants will be carefully rolled together (not folded) and shipped in a rigid, heavy-duty poster tube with protective end caps .
