Each of the four teddy bears appear to be hugging a patchwork blanket. There is pink gingham, red polkadot, light green, and a soft yellow fabric. This charming teddy bear quilt features appliquéd teddy bears and stars. This charming teddy bear quilt features appliquéd teddy bears and stars. The patchwork is red white and blue. All of the quilting is done by hand. I believe this was made in the 1960s or 1970s. Each of the four teddy bears appear to be hugging a patchwork blanket. Each of these patchwork squares are 1.75 inches. There is pink gingham, red polkadot, light green, and a soft yellow fabric. The appliqué is machine done. The quilting is all by hand. The back is a very soft ivory cotton fabric. All around the edge are patchwork triangle points in pink gingham. It is super cute. I bought this quilt at an estate sale in Clearwater, Florida. She was a Quilter. It was in a room she had for her grandchildren. I laundered the quilt and it washed beautifully. It is very clean. There are no stains, tears or fraying of fabric. It is ready to be enjoyed and loved again. I have many vintage and antique quilts & linens for sale.
