View Vintage STANLEY No. 39-240 Steel-Spine 10" Dovetail Back Saw, 17 TPI, Rip Tooth with current marketplace pricing, condition, product images and item details. I don't see any broken or chipped teeth. Blade is sharp but should be checked before use. The saw has a very good stained wood handle. It is tightly attached to the blade. NO cracks in the handle. Here we have a  Vintage STANLEY No. 39-240 Steel-Spine 10" Dovetail Back Saw, 17 TPI, Rip Tooth.    Due to wear of the finish on the blade, the maker name and number are hard to read.   The rip-tooth blade on this saw is in very good 'used tool' condition with some scratches and staining on the blade.  I don't see any broken or chipped teeth.  Blade is sharp but should be checked before use. The saw has a very good stained wood handle.  It is tightly attached to the blade.  NO cracks in the handle.
