Hollow bluebill decoy likely from Michigan is a content, resting or sleeping position by a talented unknown maker. Puffed up body, ready to take a nap! large bull head! Nice rasping with totally original paint. Very unique method used to hollow it out. Looks like it was hollowed using a circular / table saw to remove the unwanted wood. Never seen this design before. Complete with all the rigging and anchor weight. Measures about 12 inches long. Circa 1950 / 1960's. See my other decoys I have listed.
