Each shirt is pre-washed with synthropol detergent, then soaked in soda ash solution and dyed. We let our shirts sit for 24 hours before washing them out. Each shirt goes through at minimum a thorough hand-washing, a synthropol machine wash, and a final normal detergent wash. Shirts that are made with bleed heavy dyes go through two synthropol washes before the final wash.  The shirt that you see in the photos is the exact shirt that you will receive.
