These dramatic earrings are one of her reimagined creations, made many years ago from the components of a 1920s necklace. These fabulous one-of-a-kind earrings were created using components from an original 1920s flapper-era beaded necklace, giving beautiful antique beads a wonderfully glamorous second life. My mother had a terrific eye for taking beautiful vintage dress clips, belt buckles, necklaces and other forgotten treasures and transforming them into completely new jewelry. These dramatic earrings are one of her reimagined creations, made many years ago from the components of a 1920s necklace. I have several pairs of her reimagined earrings available in my shop, and each has its own unique personality. The earrings feature wonderful clear and warm amber/topaz-colored glass beads, including long faceted crystal-clear drops, chunky geometric amber glass beads, clear rounds and tiny amber spacer beads. The combination has all the movement and sparkle of Jazz Age jewelry, but with a wonderfully unexpected, almost modern sculptural look. Finished with gold-tone screwback findings, they have fabulous length and movement and make quite a statement. Condition: Very good vintage/reimagined condition with age-appropriate wear to the antique components and metal findings.
