This watch was acquired in considerably aged cosmetic condition, but after careful cleaning and polishing, the crystal and silver-tone case now present very nicely. Fortunately, the dial and hands have retained much of their original appearance, giving the watch an attractive and authentic vintage character. The manual-winding movement is currently running well. A timegrapher test at the time of listing showed approximately -15 seconds/day, 0.9 ms beat error, 214° amplitude and 18,000 bph . Please regard these measurements as reference values only. The date mechanism has also been tested. There is no quick-set date function on this watch. The date advances correctly by rotating the hands through a full 24-hour cycle. This operation is shown in the listing video. The silver dial remains attractive overall, with some age-related spotting, discoloration and wear around the outer edge. These traces are consistent with the age of the watch and can be seen clearly in the photos. A black aftermarket leather strap has been fitted, giving the watch a clean and classic appearance.
