The dish features an exceptionally vibrant hand-painted yellow enamel central medallion decorated with a blooming pink peony flower, surrounded by a striking robin's egg turquoise scalloped rim with scrolling floral vines. The pedestal base is beautifully detailed with a traditional hand-painted turquoise and iron-red sea wave/crest border.
