Condition: This is a great vintage dress set. The dress and the bloomers match. They are made of light blue material and have delicate lace accents. The dress buttons up in the back. The back of the dress opens up and three layers of lace accent this dress hem. The back also has a bow attached right before the opening. The same delicate lace accents the collar and sleeve cuffs. The bloomers has an elastic lace, and delicate lace the matches around the leg openings. The bloomers have a seem coming loose. The spot is very tiny and would only take a couple of stitches.
