It is just lovely.  The snap closure makes me think this is probably a Progressive piece but possible it could be Premiere or even Shilllman. It is well made and fits her perfectly.  Needs pressing.  There are 3 dark dots on the skirt. No rips, tears or holes. See pics. It is being modeled by a vintage #8 Barbie body. DOLL NOT INCLUDED. She is only modeling.  From non smoking homes.
