This is a preowned item from an estate sale and may show normal signs of use and age . Three of the castle peaks come off a back door is missing, which is featured in photos. This item has been tested and is working. You have to firmly slide all the way over to A for the lights and slide over the button to B for the sound which you press the pink button twice until it plays. I will include batteries, but I will not leave them in the machine. This special Disney Polly pocket was made by Jakks Pacific.
