NECKLINE IS PIPED AROUND AND THE BELTING IS ALSO PIPED FROM THE SIDES TO THE REAR.   THERE IS BELTING AT EACH SIDE TO HOOK CLOSED IN THE FRONT WITH THE INNER LINEN BODICE FITTED WITH GROMMET HOLES FOR LACING CLOSED.    GLAZED COTTON LINES THE SKIRTING.   CONDITION:    I SUSPECT THAT THIS WAS ONCE A FULL WRAPPER OPENING DIRECTLY TO THE BOTTOM BUT THE SEAM WAS CLOSED FROM KNEE TO BOTTOM WITH HOOK AND EYES CLOSING THE FRONT. THERE ARE FIVE THUMBPRINT DARK STAINS ON THE SOLID BLUE ON THE BOTTOM CENTER TEN INCHES UP FROM THE BOTTOM EDGE HEM.   A SMALL ERASER SIZED HOLE IN THE BLUE SILK IS ON THE KNEE LEVEL JUST ASIDE THE CENTER BUT IT IS BACKED IN BLUE COTTON SO IT IS NOT READILY NOTED.
