The grid in the pattern makes a 6 point star. I don't know who made this one- the only one I have ever seen in decades of collecting. This is an antique cut glass Basket with twisted "rope' handle. This is an antique cut glass Basket with twisted "rope' handle.  Measures 7-1/2" wide by 7" wide.  5-1/2" tall to handle.   It is from the American brilliant period which was 1870-1920 approximately. Not sure who made this one- great geometric pattern of Hobstars in a cluster style with flashed fan accents.  The grid in the pattern makes a 6 point star.  I don't know who made this one- the only one I have ever seen in decades of collecting.  It may very well be in a catalog somewhere though so just because I didn't research it doesn't mean it can't be identified.
