Zacchi  and finished with  gold plating .  Artist:  The medal is signed by A. Zacchi, an artist known for designing various religious medals, often for French or Italian production. Obverse:  Features a detailed bust of St. Thérèse in her Carmelite habit. The signature "A. Zacchi" may be found discreetly near the lower edge of the bust. Reverse:  The reverse is engraved with her famous spiritual promise:  "JE VEUX PASSER MON CIEL A FAIRE DU BIEN SUR LA TERRE"(I want to spend my heaven doing good on earth)The inscription is surrounded by decorative elements and a small crest or monogram at the bottom.
