This piece measures roughly 8.7" wide x 10.9"tall and mounts to a 3/8" wood dowel, not included, that you can buy at just about any hardware store. This item will come to you as bare, unpainted steel silver in color.   This item will eventually take on the popular rust patina if left unpainted.  We make these using a CNC plasma cutter that we own and operate from our own shop.
