The vase is hand-blown with a gently swirled pontil shown in the photos. This lovely deep cobalt ruffled vase was likely produced sometime in the mid-20th century in either Mexico or the United States.  The vase is hand-blown with a gently swirled pontil shown in the photos. The vase measures 6 inches tall. The color becomes deeper toward the bottom where the flat base is made of thick glass, giving the vase good weight for greater stability when filled with a colorful bouquet. It is in very nice vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Some very light scuffing is visible around the body of the vase when held in the light  at certain angles,  indicative of normal wear.
