This is a Gorgeous Art Glass Cordial Decanter & 4 matching cordial shot glasses. The glass itself is  Emerald green.  Measures:  10 " tall decanter with stopper. glasses are shot size 2" tall.    You will see this type of glassware labeled as Italian Murano Art Glass & Bohemian region Glass (sometimes attributed to Moser though I do not believe Moser did this exact style ever but only similar decorated glass).  This was popular to make in the 1950's. There are no markings or signatures on this piece, these were usually sold with a paper label sticker that in this case has been removed which is typical. Tre Fuochi Murano glass technique involves lots of expensive 24 karat gold and painstaking manual work of painting gold leaf and enamels on the glassware. The process is split into three stages. First, intricate gold leaf decoration is applied by hand to the colored glasses, goblets, carafes, bowls, or vases. Then the glassware goes into the special furnace which is heated up to the point when the gold permanently bonds with the glass.
